GOODNESS OF GOD - He is both Holy & Just. His nature demands that he punish evil.

GUILT OF MANKIND - We are Sinful & Rebellious. Our nature is rebellious and we are totally depraved.
GOOD NEWS ABOUT JESUS - Being both God & man, Jesus lived a perfect life, died a sacrificial death for our sins and rose from the grave defeating death.

GREAT EXCHANGE - Jesus reconciles us to God by taking our sin, paying for it on the cross and in exchange giving to us his perfect life.
We need only to turn from the sins that made us guilty and trust in the recnciling work of Jesus.
